Musician Emmanuel Kwamina Amonoo, popularly known as Quamina MP has revealed that men who speak the Fante dialect do not struggle to win the heart of ladies.
“It’s true that speaking the Fante language makes a lot of girls admire you and probably fall in love with you.” he said.
Adding that “when the ladies hear you speak Fante, it sounds nice to them, and they want to even follow you home. Most ladies want to date a guy who will make them laugh or smile, and we, the Fante guys, are known for that,” he revealed in an interview on Property FM.
The Mankessim-born singer further explained that Fante-speaking men are naturally funny, and ladies are easily drawn to them as they get to laugh and smile all the time being in their company.
Meanwhile, Veteran actor and comedian Akrobeto has advised women struggling to find love on his TV segment titled Real News.
He urged women not to succumb to societal pressures or fears of aging by desperately seeking a partner.
Akrobeto emphasized that desperation often leads to accepting irresponsible partners, advising women to avoid setting overly high standards that could deter potentially suitable matches.
Drawing from personal experience, he recounted being rejected in his youth for lacking financial qualifications, highlighting the importance of personal growth and self-improvement.
Akrobeto encouraged women to focus on developing themselves, suggesting that a well-rounded life and self-assurance are attractive qualities that naturally draw others towards them.
“I can tell you on authority that no responsible man will come your way. Because when things get worse, he will tell you to your face it. And that he didn’t like you, but you forced a marriage on him. So my desperate sister, calm down. There are many young ladies between the ages of 25-30 who are rejecting men because they are looking for certain specifications to accept their proposal. And then they get desperate when they are ageing,” he said.
Akrobeto further recounted his experience with a lady who rejected his proposal because he was bankrupt.
“This lady told me that if I don’t have a bank account and savings, how was I going to take care of her after marriage. Today, I have plenty of savings. But that is not to say that you need to accept the proposal of just any man who comes your way. Not all, you need to be careful with your selection so as not to end up with any irresponsible man. However, you don’t need to raise the bar very high to send many men away,” he said.
