Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) have received a boost ahead of their Champions League semi-final clash with Arsenal, as forward Ousmane Dembélé has been declared fit for Wednesday’s second leg.
The French international had been a fitness concern after being forced off in the second half of the first-leg encounter at the Emirates Stadium, where he netted the game’s only goal.
Although he sat out PSG’s weekend Ligue 1 loss to Strasbourg, the 27-year-old returned to full training on Monday and is now available for selection.
“He’s been training with us for the last two days,” said manager Luis Enrique.
“You saw him on Tuesday – a normal training session for him. He’ll be available on Wednesday.”
Since joining Paris Saint-Germain from Barcelona in 2023, Ousmane Dembélé has emerged as the club’s leading goal threat, racking up an impressive 33 goals across all competitions this season.
