He is set to focus on his "other business interests," including his Rio Ferdinand Presents YouTube channel, where he conducts exclusive interviews with football legends, discusses trending topics, and shares match analysis, among others.
"Since retiring from football, it has been a privilege talking about the game I love for a decade for sports fans watching BT Sport and TNT Sports,"
"As I turn the page to the next chapter, I carry with me countless memories. I am excited about what the future holds, spending more time with my family, focusing on Rio Ferdinand Presents and my other business interests," he noted.

He went on to express his appreciation to the backroom staff at TNT, saying, "I want to acknowledge the tremendous support from the team behind the scenes, whose hard work often goes unseen but has been essential to our success."
Rio left a message for all his fans as well, which read, "I hope to stay connected with you all in different capacities. Thank you once again for everything!"
Rio announced his retirement from football in May 2015, and shortly after, he joined BT (now TNT Sport), where he started his punditry role.
His sharp insights and analysis over the years have cemented his reputation as a leading pundit, bringing on board his experience as a former Man Utd and England defender.
Rio Ferdinand Presents, which presently has 1.32 million subscribers, is also available on Spotify, Apple & Google Podcasts.
Rio invites his fans to sit back in their homes and commute to enjoy his football treble, Rio Presents, Rio Meets, and Rio Reacts.
