Ghanaian dancehall artist Stonebwoy has won the hearts of many after he offered to buy a new phone for a fan during his performance in Ejisu, Ashanti Region, on Sunday, April 20, 2025.
A viral video shared by @vimbuzztv on TikTok captured the touching moment when the Jejereje" hitmaker paused his show to attend to a female fan who was visibly upset because her iPhone had been stolen at the event.
Stonebwoy's kind gesture has since earned him praise from fans across social media. After learning about the unfortunate incident, Stonebwoy asked the victim about her stolen phone and promised to buy her a new one.
His kind gesture was met with loud cheers from the crowd.
He also appealed to anyone at the event who may have taken the phone to return it, even warning that he might stop the show because of the incident.
In another touching moment during his performance, Stonebwoy noticed a woman selling bofrot in the crowd.
Realizing many fans were tired and hungry after standing for hours at the packed concert, he encouraged them to buy some of the bofrot to regain energy before the show continued.
Impressed by the vendor’s dedication, he said, “share the remaining bofrot among the crowd and later see me for the money.”
After selling all her snacks, the food vendor and her colleague were invited on stage, where they danced with Stonebwoy to one of his songs, wrapping up the night with joy and excitement.
