Founder and President of Angel Broadcasting Network, Dr. Kwaku Oteng, has shared a powerful story about perseverance, revealing how he was once mocked for his humble beginnings but remained focused on his journey to success.
Recalling his early struggles, Dr. Oteng recounted how he used to sell medicine on foot while living in Breman West.
"I remember when I used to live at Breman West. I used to sell medicine on my head, and anytime I went around selling, there were these ladies in my enclave who would tease me, saying that if I wanted to work, I should go and look for a better job," he said.
Despite the ridicule, he never wavered in his belief that his small business had the potential to transform his life.
Years later, one of the same women who had laughed at him admitted to him that they had underestimated his hustle.
"One of them came to me one time and told me about how they used to laugh at me. But I wasn't bothered because I knew the money I was making from the business," he revealed.
Dr. Oteng’s journey from selling medicine on the streets to becoming a successful entrepreneur serves as a lesson in resilience. His story is a reminder that persistence, vision, and self-belief can turn even the most humble beginnings into great achievements.
